If you email then email again before we have responded, your initial email moves to the back of our queue so bear this in mind.
Most orders ship within 1 business day of being placed.
Once your order has been shipped and labelled you will receive an email with the details of your purchase.
I received the incorrect order or my product is faulty, how do I return it?
Please send us an email as soon as you receive your order and we send you out a Reply Paid label to post it back to us and we will send a replacement. Please ensure products remain sealed.
